What is a Graco Diamond Distributor: 

       Fireball Equipment Ltd. is Graco’s Diamond Distributor for Alberta.  This means that we have committed to support Graco’s preferred pricing program to our customers so that they are getting the best price on Graco Lubrication Equipment.  By using the Diamond Distributor, you are getting the same price as buying directly from the manufacturer but you have the advantage of a local distributor to support you and your customer.  No other manufacturer can offer this level of service.  Most other manufacturers have you deal with a corporate representative directly.  This means that there is no local inventory, equipment is shipped directly to your customer and installation and service is contracted out. 

Who is available to help you:

  Brian Large and Blair Thornhill head up sales for our Automotive Lubrication Division and can help you and/or your customer select the best equipment.  At your request, we will visit you and/or your customer to help select the equipment required.  We’ll create an itemized and sub-totaled quote for you, and if you require it, our installation team will install the equipment wherever your customer needs it.  Our Service Department does a great job on repairs and warranty work.  They support our customers with loaner pumps and meters if needed.  Our Warehouse Staff manage the extensive Graco inventory that we stock to ensure good service to you.  We have an office and shop in the West end of Edmonton. 

Who is Graco:

  Graco is the world’s largest manufacturer of lubrication equipment.  They are 75 years old and, unlike most suppliers, they manufacture the vast majority of what they sell.  Graco invests heavily in research and development, and brings out new products regularly.  Some of the products introduced recently include a metered grease gun, a battery powered grease gun that has significant advantages over the existing design and a new generation fluid control system that is completely wireless, bills the oil directly to the work order and can email the oil supplier when the oil tanks are low.
